Shipping Procedure
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating that we’ve begun processing your order. Processing typically takes 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). After processing, your order will be dispatched, and you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping time is around 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday).

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within Canada.

Delays
You should receive your order within 6-9 working days (Monday - Friday). If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, don’t worry—delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons, holidays, weather, or other circumstances.

We kindly ask you to allow an additional 3 working days (Monday - Friday) before reaching out. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, please contact us at contact@truenorthbackpacks.com, and we’ll investigate the issue.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at contact@truenorthbackpacks.com. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible, as we won’t be able to cancel your order once it has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the issue and send them to us at contact@truenorthbackpacks.com. We will promptly review your case and ensure you receive the correct, non-damaged item.
