Shipping Procedure
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating that we’ve begun processing your order. Processing typically takes 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). After processing, your order will be dispatched, and you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Shipping time is around 2-4 working days (Monday to Friday).
Country of Delivery
We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within Canada.
Delays
If your order does not arrive on time, we apologize - occasionally there may be delays due to seasonal peaks, holidays, weather or other circumstances.
We ask that you wait an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday) before calling. If your order has not arrived by then, please contact us at contact@truenorthbackpacks.com, and we’ll investigate the issue.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@truenorthbackpacks.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event you receive damaged or incorrect items, we’re here to help! Take a photo of the issue and email it to us at contact@truenorthbackpacks.com. We’ll make sure to resolve the problem and send you the correct item or a replacement.
