1-How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping within Canada.

2-How long does order processing and delivery take?

• Order Processing: 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday)
• Shipping Time: 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday)

3-I am not happy with the item, can I return it?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags and original packaging. For more information, check our Return and Refund Policy .

4-Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@truenorthbackpacks.com . Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.
